Can I run Multiple Lists with Affiliate-Systems? Yes you can, as many as your imagination will let you. There are many different software programs out there where you can only run 1 particular list at a time, this is where they like to con you, they do not mention this until you have purchased the software, only then it is too late! They either do not have this facility or if they do, they will make you pay anything from £50 to £200 to update this facility! Protects Your List from Pollution - Capture only "Real" Emails
Affiliate-Systems also protects your lists from pollution with our Double Opt-In Policy. Once a potential client subscribes via one of the methods above they will then receive a confirmation email that they have to reply to to confirm their subscription to your service. Why do we do this you may ask? Because when you use a regular or "Traditional" subscribe box, you subject your list to what I call "Pollution". What I mean is, nothing is stopping people from populating your list with FFA Confirmation Email Addresses, Auto responders, Yahoo and Hotmail Addresses and Just General Junk! If you ever decide to run solos or sell advertising, your subscribers will get angry as your list grows because they will expect their ads they paid good money for to pull more.

The first reason is, as your list builds, you can do ezine swaps with other owners of compatible lists, you can also earn a very lucrative amount selling your database of names to other webmasters just like you!! The more personal the list, the more you can charge!! Obviously you must have permission from your clients first but this is very easy by just adding 1 or 2 lines`of text under your forms. The second reason is to scientifically test your mailings. When you mail out information to your list members, you want to know how many unsubscribers you have and how many you lose after a mailing. This is a super way to test what content your subscribers love and what they hate, so you don't ever send out distasteful information again.
If someone wants deleting from your database and forgets to remove themselves, or their subscription has expired to your product/service, you simply enter their email address in the admin panel, then you press the delete icon or the unsubscribe icon and the prospect will be instantly removed or transferred to another list of your choice. The entire database automatically updates itself and will reflect one less subscriber depending on what action was taken. No matter how they unsubscribed, whether they did it themselves or you did it, they'll receive their departing message automatically.If a prospect on your list is requesting to be removed, simply enter their email address in the admin area. This will remove them from your list. When someone removes themselves from your list (at any time), whether it's from the initial welcome message, An autoresponse or a manual mailing, they just click a link that's automatically generated from the bottom of each and every mail sent out, and Affiliate-Systems will automatically clear their info from the database and update the Subscription Display Counter accordingly. This way, you'll know your list is 100% accurate. There's no guesswork involved at all. In other words, hypothetically, let's say you send out a mailing to 5,500 subscribers and 1% of them unsubscribe, which is about the industry standard unsubscribe rate for a mailing. After they remove themselves, your Affiliate-Systems Subscription Display Counter would say 5,445.
Since Affiliate-Systems is a high-end, database driven application, there is NO limit to the number of subscribers you can collect, it will hold millions without a problem.
Simplicity is the key here, there was no point in making it complicated like so many others do, so here at Affiliate-Systems we made it easy as A.B.C. It's just a matter of going to the admin area pressing the import link, this will take you to a designated area, here you just cut and paste your address's into the text area. You can import the email addresses by themselves, or you can import the names and email addresses together. If you import just the email addresses, then the personalizing feature in the follow-up sequence will simply address the new subscriber as "Friend" or whatever you choose. Also, when Importing, you won't lose any subscribers because the initial welcome email doesn't go out to them. If you have a current list, this will allow for a completely seamless transition without your current subscribers even knowing you switched to Affiliate-Systems unless you want them to know. We know how important it is for you to keep a up to date copy of your database this is why we have the facility for you to export some or all of your database of lists of email address's and names. Affiliate-Systems allows you to export the database into a c.s.v file, this gives you greater freedom, allowing you to place these address's into a excel spread sheet for your personal use.

We have made "Mail Bombing" impossible, what is mail bombing? Basically it is if someone attempts to subscribe multiple email addresses, they will do so under the same IP address which can be traced back to the individual attempting the bombing. You can then simply print out a copy of the violator from the control panel. Here's what mine looks like, I have put a few bogus names in but you will get the idea :
*Look in the last section, you can see the persons I.P address, on the examples I have put in, you can see that 2 are duplicate. This is Mail Bombing!*
Making back-ups of your prospects with Affiliate-Systems isn't hard at all. The file is simply an 'c.s.v' file. You can easily back this up to your floppy or hard drive or into a excel spreadsheet. 
It can also be installed into 99% of all databases. Maintaining total control of your list is the most important aspect of managing a list. Total control is the *Key* phrase. No other online OptIn service can give you a back up service that I know of. With a back up, that '.c.s.v' file is a physical file you own, you can update this file as often as you choose. No one can take this away from you its your list and only your list. Depending on your list size and company profile, your OptIn list can be worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. Would you take this much cash, leave it at another companies headquarters and walk away? This is exactly what you would be doing using another service that will not provide you with a back up file.
Almost all services such as topica and listbot just automatically "Delete" undeliverable, regardless of reason or logic (Free isn't always free when you're business is losing valuable leads). Affiliate-Systems is the only service that goes out of its way to get as many of your emails to the recipient as intended. There are many reasons for undeliverables. Just a few common reasons are......
The recipient's server being down
The recipient has exceeded their "Quota"
